Returns, Shipping Damage & Claims If you are unsatisfied with the product upon receipt, you must contact Mocean Studios, Inc. within 30 days at store@elgypsy.com with a detailed account of the reason. At Mocean Studios, Inc. discretion, the company may offer a replacement, a discount, refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase. Mocean Studios, Inc. will not be held liable for the customer not liking the product or service or the label not being how they planned. Mocean Studios, Inc. will only be held accountable if the wrong product was shipped or the wrong label is issued. If the shipment is damaged upon receipt and signature, a claim with the third party shipping company must be made within 24 hours of receipt with proof provided to Mocean Studios, Inc.
