I have been to over 200 concerts in my life and I would say that 20% to check the opening bands more than the main act.

Even tho I will support the bands buying their merch specially now as the highest streaming and you tube power of extra incoming. Bands always counted with their merch sales to keep making their work and touring around the world creating more music to our ears…

This days the game changed and it’s about this virtual world that many can’t attend to their shows because ticket prices or organized by scumbags that invest in weapons and clearly put money to arts to make them cool and many have to live lives behind a screen. Sad but true. People goes to shows to film to be able to tell the world they were there and not enjoying the show for real, ask around to this people what they would describe to you what the music they just saw was…you gonna be impressed . They can’t. I’ve been with many different people to shows that till today they can’t express what that music represent to them, it’s sad but it’s the reality.

Anyway,

I went to see Clutch and ended getting this awesome tapestry that for me was something knew that I haven’t see any band do it and was on the walls of my studio back in the Chelsea era for over 7 years… I went to see The Sword as one of the best bands in my opinion from this new century I’ve heard.

The whole night was a blessed time with great vibes and awesome music and Clutch made a incredible performance showing why they were the headliner, I would see them again in a blink of an eye even not knowing any of their songs like that evening.
