Have you ever thought in your timeline of life that you were born in the wrong era of music?

So for me the 70’s were prime in music, the 90’s was my generation but always wondering nothing more would change in the music scene played with instruments.

Then the Mars Volta came and changed it all for me. I was in shock how such a new era of music was created and I said that’s it. For me and for Jimmy Page, His statement by the way for what I heard: "They are the most innovative band since Led Zeppelin." and I totally agreed.

When Omar Rodrigues Lopez started his solo albums I was even beyond impressed with this new genre of quality music that can take you to another dimension. muchas gracias hermano.

Got to see then at Highland Ballroom with my great friend Tiago Chediak and now the place is call The Racket and I believe I walked out out there with all their records that were available. What a performance. Powerful, intense passion... Can't wait to see The Mars Volta again with Deftness next month… Are you ready Aram Deradoorian
